All rights, including commercial use, adaptation, reproduction, and distribution, are strictly reserved.

Enforcement & Legal Action

Fat Skeleton LTD actively monitors the use of its trademarks and intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use, imitation, reproduction, or misrepresentation will result in immediate legal action.

Infringement of the Magic Bullet Method® trademarks or intellectual property will lead to formal legal proceedings under the:

Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

Passing Off under UK common law

Any relevant international trademark and copyright protections

Violators may face cease-and-desist orders, financial penalties, and claims for damages.
